We have pioneered a work-based learning and mentoring model for 16-24 year olds that has been successfully replicated in over a dozen cities, towns and rural areas in the UK.
We provide a unique supported learning and development opportunity that is overwhelmingly workplace based rather than classroom focused.
By matching youngsters with a skilled business tradesperson we provide practical on-the-job training that employers need and want.
We have an 83% success rate of progressing the youngsters into full-time employment or apprenticeships.
‘On Your Side’ (OYS) is a new development for our charity and is extending our ability to provide mentoring support for our young people following their successful progression from our core Placement Programme.
