The Breadmaker

The Bread Maker is a commercially focused social enterprise producing high-quality bread and confectionery. The purpose of our business activities is to provide meaningful training, educational and social activities to adults with learning disabilities who are excluded from mainstream society.

Our produce is sold in some of the top restaurants and coffee shops within Aberdeen and the shire. We are passionate about bread and were happy to share our knowledge via bread making courses as well as spending time with customers to ensure they make the right choice of bread to complement any menu.

At the Bread Maker, we produce the finest quality baking products for you to enjoy! Whether you come to the shop to enjoy our produce or you’re one of many wholesale customers, you can always be assured of the finest bread crafted with care.

Every morning before you wake, our team of highly skilled bakers are hard at work, crafting every loaf. We use the finest ingredients and our bakery products are among the most loved in Aberdeen. Our bread can be enjoyed at the Rosemount Store or by visiting one the many eateries around the city that stock our product. Visit the coffee shop or find out more about our corporate catering.

Being central to the activities means making bread becomes quite a spectacle at times. Passing on what we know has always been important to us and we regularly run courses in artisan bread and patisserie making to share our skills, knowledge and passion for food and baking.
