Founded in 1879, NESS supports around 6,500 people with sensory impairments each year in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Dundee and Moray.

A Scotland aware of the needs of people with sensory impairment, that includes them as equal participants in community life and offers them the opportunities available to all.

Volunteers provide much needed support for our activities and services through a variety of volunteer assignments. We are always happy to hear from people who can offer some time be it an hour a week or a couple of days a week.
