Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK) is the only charity the UK to provide support to the more than 60 types of muscle-wasting conditions. Support muscle-wasting conditions which is a life-limiting condition affecting 110,000 children and adults in the UK. This is a flexible opportunity to fit with your schedule as and when you can support.
Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK) is the only charity the UK to provide support to the more than 60 types of muscle-wasting conditions. As an Ambassador you will be a representative for the charity, and help spread awareness of the impact of the charity.
In order to be able to provide everyone the help and support they need; we are asking for your skills and enthusiasm to help us grow our fundraising groups! Our fundraising groups are the local face of MDUK, raising vital funds and constantly raising the profile of the charity so that we can reach more people and their families affected by a muscle wasting condition.
Are you passionate Gardening or have horticultural knowledge? In this role of Community Gardens Ambassador, you'll play a key part in helping to find gardens to open in your local area.
We are looking to build Fundraising Groups across the UK, these groups will consist of 3-8 people who will help us extend our reach by fundraising, attending talks and presentations, creating local networks, building awareness of the charity and understanding how we can help people living with a muscle wasting condition all within their community.
