The Humane League exist to end the abuse of animals raised for food
We know it's a big mission. 130 billion animals are suffering right now on factory farms across the world. But we also know we can achieve huge change. We already have.
So we fight. We fight for a different future for animals. We fight with compassion, with relentless strength. We fight with everything we have.Because our broken food system simply cannot continue.
Too many animals are suffering. Animal agriculture is destroying the world we live in, polluting our rivers and decimating our environments. The world’s most vulnerable people are bearing the brunt of the consequences.
So it’s time to rise up. To disrupt and create change. To BE the change. To take a stand for those who can’t.
Our vision is that by 2050, we've stopped the worst and most widespread abuse of animals raised for food, and they’re treated with far greater compassion.
Making change for animals happens in many different ways. Protesting and public outreach is a powerful engagement tool, but sometimes we also need to combine this with talking directly to people in power - your local decision makers. As a Campaign & Lobbying Volunteer, you will combine these 2 campaigning tools to fight for legislative change.
