Danestone Community Centre Association works with partners to increase capacity and services for the residents of Bridge of Don and Danestone.
The advancement of citizenship and community development, the provision of recreational facilities and the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of Danestone and its environs in the City of Aberdeen.
The centre already has strong links with the Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership and CFine.
Their ultimate aim is to be the go to centre in the North.
Busy Bees Playgroup is looking for an enthusiastic, person who enjoys working with children. This opportunity is to help support our 2 Playgroup Leaders. A variety of activities would be included in this role, from playing games, painting, craft making and most importantly having FUN !
This volunteering opportunity is to support our early year's activities within our busy centre. On a Tuesday we have our fun Mucky Pups activities. This is a messy play activity with sand, art and water etc. Parents come along and interact with their children
