Open up in the Centre, put out toys, welcome parents and carers, make tea/coffee, offer support and include new people, clear up and tidy up at end of session.‍

This always works well when there is a wee team of volunteers, it is a great way to support parents. You don't have to be a parent to volunteer, but if you do have wee ones it is all done with them there and around them.
