- Data Entry: Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets, maintaining up-to-date records of volunteers, beneficiaries, and other essential information.
- Reception: Welcome visitors and guests to the office, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring essential items are readily available for daily operations.
- Communication: Assist in drafting and proofreading communications, memos, and reports for internal and external distribution.
- Filing and Organisation: Maintain a tidy and organised office space, creating a conducive environment for productive work.
- Event Support: Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives hosted by the foundation.
