About this opportunity
To develop awareness of our programmes to meet community needs and support delivery in line with objectives of ABW and those that have been developed in line with the Aberdeen City Council Local Outcome Improvement Plan, the relevant locality Plan and the Health and Social Care Partnership Strategic Plan for the City.
Core Responsibilities:
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the website, ensuring all content is up to date and updated regularly
- Managing all social media channels within brand guidelines
- Creating content for digital and print channels within brand guidelines
- Identify local marketing groups such as community facebook groups, magazines, and local notice boards
- Designing, creating and managing all print materials ensuring any marketing spend is maximised
- Monitoring effectiveness of all marketing activities and spend including Google analytics, post campaign reviews
- Supporting CEO with PR activities
- Any other tasks as required
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to work on own initiative
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working within a community
- Passion for fitness
- Experience of PR
